What do I do if my undies are defective or damaged?
We take great care in ensuring the quality of our products. However, if you find a fault in your undies, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the product at team@underwearofsweden.com so we can send you a new pair straight away. Please include a photo and description. This does not include general wear or damage by misuse, accident, modification, unauthorized repair or incorrect washing (please refer to our washing guidelines).
Can I return my undies?
Underwear can only be returned back to us if it has not been worn, is still in the original packaging and is in its original condition. Please contact our friendly customer service team at team@underwearofsweden.com for details on how to return defective or damaged products back to us
SIZING
How do I know what size I am?
Please refer to our handy size guide to get an accurate idea of the size that you should order. Our sizing can run a little small so it may be advisable to go one size up for comfort.
How do I change my size?
If you have ordered the wrong size and need to exchange please ensure that your undies are kept in the original packaging, with tags. Simply contact our customer service team at team@underwearofsweden.com and they will be happy to assist you with your exchange.
This isn’t the size I ordered?
Ooops! Sorry about that, we are human and occasionally mistakes will be made but we will quickly make up for it- it won’t happen again.

When will you ship my order?
You should expect to receive your first order within 10 working days.
What is the delivery time?
Sydney Metro orders should be 2-4 days, the rest of Australia can take up to 10 working days unless you have specified Express Next Day Delivery. If you are concerned that your order has not arrived yet, please contact our customer service team at team@underwearofsweden.com
How much does shipping cost?
FREE SHIPPING on all orders over $100. Shipping is capped at $10 for all orders under $100.
Do you ship internationally?
Not at the moment, we only have Australia and New Zealand available at the moment but shipping worldwide could be available soon!

How should I wash my undies to keep them in tip-top condition?

- do not bleach
- do not tumble dry
- do not dry clean
